Event Description

Choosing an arbitrator is an important and strategic decision. However, due to confidentiality requirements in most international arbitrations, it can be difficult to uncover a full picture of an arbitrator’s qualifications, experience, and potential conflicts of interest. Not having access to this highly critical information can have a significant impact on how an arbitration is conducted and the end-result.

Join us for an in-depth discussion about how Wolters Kluwer is changing this previously opaque landscape by integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning with its arbitration expertise to develop its data-driven “Arbitrator Tool” (with over 4,000 arbitrator profiles) and “Relationship Indicator” (with over 12,500 connections) to provide unparalleled resources to assess arbitrator candidates.
